World Cup Herning is proud to be a part of the FEI youth initiative.
The focus for World Cup Herning is too many on the first leg of the FEI Dressage World Cup, but the future will also come to visit. And we as organizers want to support and help the athletes of the future in the best way possible.
The first ever FEI Jumping Ponies Trophy where held in 2017, the competition is the equivalent for the World Cup Tour.
The tour stretches over three events before the final in Belgium in December. World Cup Herning is the first stop on the tour for the competitors.
The purpose of the tour is for FEI to develop youth sports, the goal is to promote showjumping as a sport for the youth. This is pony show jumping at the highest level. The competitors gets an experience for life, because they have to perform their best in some of the biggest arenas in Europe.
